Returns Policy – 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Jewellery Gems & Findings offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on any piece of jewellery, gemstone or findings, that has not been worn, used, scratched, damaged, made to order or altered in any way (including resize) within 30 days of delivery is entitled to a full refund less delivery charges.

The item to be returned or exchanged must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, with all packaging and paperwork. Jewellery Gems & Findings is not liable for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

To return a purchase, we suggest using a trackable service like registered eParcel through Australia Post and purchase insurance for item(s) over $100 otherwise we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returns will be inspected by our jewellers before a refund is processed to ensure an item has been unworn, undamaged, made to order and unaltered (including resize).  Once the return has been processed we will notify via email of your refund. We will refund you in the same tender used to pay for the original order, excluding any delivery charges, within 14 business days of receiving your returned item.

It is the customer’s responsibility and cost to return the item back to Jewellery Gems & Findings. Jewellery Gems & Findings cannot be held accountable for any items lost in the mail, original shipping/handling costs or additional costs incurred. However, Jewellery Gems & Findings will pay for the postage for any faulty items being returned.

Items found to be worn, used, scratched, damaged, altered (including resize), custom made will not be refunded and will be returned to sender.

Jewellery Gems & Findings will provide a solution to any major or minor faults assessed. This solution is in the form of a repair, exchange or refund as per Australia Consumer Law.
